During summertime (April 15 - November 15) All departures are from Iggiaa Bridge O in Nuussuaq

During wintertime (November 15 - April 15) From Qinngorput harbor next to the Nuuk Oil gas station.

Terms and Conditions

For private bookings, we confirm a tour once payment has been made.

If it is a company or institution that has made the booking, payment can be made after the tour has been taken.

Payment details will be provided upon booking.

For cancellation of tours, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellations received more than 10 days before the scheduled departure time will incur a charge of 0% of the tour price (or a 100% refund of the prepayment).
• Cancellations received more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time will incur a charge of 25% of the tour price (or a 75% refund of the prepayment).
• Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time will incur a charge of 50% of the tour price (or a 50% refund of the prepayment).
• Cancellations received less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time will incur a charge of 100% of the tour price.

Please note that there may be delays on all our tours due to wind and weather conditions. All our passengers should be aware that only wind and weather conditions determine whether a tour can be conducted safely, and we will of course cancel if the tour cannot be undertaken responsibly.

A 100% refund of the tour price will be provided for cancellations due to weather, technical issues, or risk of icing.
